Today, contemporary organizations are facing numerous upheavals of an economic nature (pressure from competition, market volatility and economic crises), social (deterioration in the level of employee involvement, weak managerial authority), regulatory (evolution of labor-related regulations, corporate social responsibility), and technological (relating to the advent of AI and robotization). This destabilizing context has repercussions on the human resources function, which must in turn adapt by adjusting its strategy, organization and management of human capital. This is how "well-being at work" constitutes one of the major challenges today, positioned at the center of the concerns of managers and business leaders. In this sense, (Peretti, 2015), specifies that "for a few years, well-being at work has occupied an increasing place in the field of responsibilities of HR directors and management research". Our research revolves around two main axes. The first axis consists of a review of the literature on the notion of well-being at work, to better clarify the concept, identify its dimensions and analyze the theories associated with it. The second concerns a quantitative empirical study conducted with a sample of 21 employees from the OCP-Maroc group/Khouribga site, in order to measure their level of well-being initially, and at the same time exploring the term in the Moroccan professional environment. Through a quantitative approach, this research aspires to provide practical recommendations for managers to identify avenues for improving well-being, particularly the psychological well-being of employees and their performance, thus contributing to the development of this strategic sectorDownloads
