In a context of public finance crisis and faced with the need to expand its education system, the Moroccan government has chosen to provide preschool education in partnership with associations. These organizations of the ESS practice a plural economy to create free education and thus reduce the cost of production of the service in order to widen access. This three-year study is a case study of prescolool associations in the province of Larache in Morocco. It highlights the combination of resources (market, reciprocal, redistributive) mobilized by these associations, which allows them to position themselves in the space of the triangle of economic interests of B. Gui. The results of this study also give an idea of the savings made by the State through this partnership.
